It was a small enterprise located in Subash Nagar and powered by manual system back then. Later on, the company shifted to Nangloi, E-2 Yadav Park with an upgraded workplace set-up on 1982. Despite manual automation till date, systematic office culture was started by then with a large-numbered formal staff. Jamuna Devi took the lead after the demise of Mr. Bajranglal. Later in 1996, Mr. Yograj, son of Jamuna Devi and Bajranglal Ji, became the company head as Jamuna Devi handed the company to him. Around 2010, Jai Rubber Industries had been introduced with semi-automatic system. In the year 2018 the company finally shifted to the current address Bawana from Nangloi, E-2, Yadav Park.
